Our Services

We will use a component manufacturer’s plan set, and manage the entire design process end-to-end, including sending RFIs, and participating in coordination meetings. We coordinate with plumbing and mechanical trades as they are specified in the plans to make sure installation is as seamless as possible.

We will create a preliminary design for pricing purposes, so you can feel confident in your next bid! For large multi-family projects, we will typically design a portion of the project to get an applicable cost-per-square-foot number.

We work with architects and engineers in the plans’ design-development stage to ensure that applications of trusses are practical and economical before all the details are set in stone. This could mean testing a single truss or designing an entire layout. We are happy to help in any way we can!
